The money is not paid to Licensed Land Surveyor


Dear Mr. Ng and those how do subdivision lot in Peninsular Malaysia

We as a Licensed Land Surveyor firm do not collect money from the Client. We are controlled by Land Surveyor Board, Peninsular Malaysia. The money should be paid under Land Surveyor Board and we only can claim the money from the board after work being carried out.

Sijil Akuan C 123456 is a receipt from Land Surveyor Board under seksyen 409A KTN. In the receipt, they will be a few important items to be taking noted:-



  1. Total amount paid by client

  2. Total lot being sub-divide

  3. Existing lot No

  4. Mukim

  5. District

  6. State

  7. Land Office file reference

  8. The final survey will be carried out by which Licensed Land Surveyor

What is QT?



Dear Mr. Halim and those how interest in Malaysia Land Laws

QT stands for qualified title or layman used to say temporary title. This document is from Land Office in Malaysia.

On top of the document, there is a wording “Kanun Tanah Negara”, follow by “Borang 11A under seksyen 177”. “Suratan Hakmilik Sementara” is Malay language and similar meaning to QT.

The Content of QT as below:-

1. Registration under which District


2. State


3. PT No. (Land office will give a lot no for new application)


4. Temporary area (Final (accurate) Survey will be carried by Survey Department or Licensed Land Surveyor, Land office only concentrate on registration title work)


5. Annual Tax
