In Malaysia before we are able to do sub-divide (sek 135 KTN), partionally (sek 140 KTN) or amalgation (sek 146 KTN). We need to submit the layout plan for state authority appraval.
The format are as above.
- Location plan
- Title
- Owners
- Table where stated the info
- Licensed Land Surveyor signature
