Regarding the area difference in e-submit program, I just one case only and the less work is smoothly done.

Let me brief you regarding the difference area I faced for the particular case. This is a sub-divided survey where a lot needed to divide into 2 lots with equal area according to the share portion as stated in the previous title.

As usual this title survey had been carried and checked in the cscs program. CP also has been printed out to ensure the work is carried accordingly. However, when i key in the data in e-submit. Key in data section is done in smoothly until area comparison, I noticed that the area no equally split as CP area where I generate through CSCS program.

Thus, I used the NCP files where this file is generated by e-submit and we are able to view the key in data and computation by e-submit. By using the NCP data, I noticed that the area computed by e-submit is not based on the bowditch or transit adjustment. I do not why but I have informed and discussed with officer-in-charge.

Back to your solution. You mentioned that you delete the m and c correction and you are able to get the correct area. I do not think this is a correct method. If you delete m and c correction, all the data no being rotated to actual position. Please bear in mind that this is title survey, we need to think carefully before we submit the work to JUPEM.

Recently, I have a case where QT smaller that 50% from Final title. This is a serius case and it involved a lot of parties including LS.

Dear friend, did you inform JUPEM regarding the area difference case?

CSCS program is created by a ex-JUPEM officer by the name of MR. TEE. But this program need doogle to run the program. I think CPS is sufficient to produce CP and generate JK in PDF format cum 2 files requested in e-submit (*.job & *.bkl)
