Strata Title Application
One of our customer(developer) faxed a warning letter from PTG regarding application on subdivision of building. The mentioned building had been constructed and occupied since more than 10 years ago but no title for individual parcel. The resident very annoyed and lodged a complaint to local authority.


Thus, for those apartment, condominum or whatever building more that 2 storey. The Strata act request the proprietor to supply for the subdivision of building. Please obey the law and never offence it. Otherwise you will end up like this customer.
According to Strata Act 1985 under seksyen 8. It is compulsory for a proprietor to apply subdivision of the building after 6 months of issued CFO.
If fail to fulfil above requirement, the authority has right to penalty the proprietor. The penalty please see at below.
