First Alienation Survey

This is part of the land where the owner start their activities

The boundary far from the land. It fall in river but the owner right until the approval boundary .

This is one of first Alienation survey near river mouth carried by my team on last Saturday.

Normally, seldom people know how to apply state land and most of them has wrong concept regarding state land. Initially, all the land are belonged to state Government and we need to apply before get the title. For example, this land is mainly for industry purpose and land office will put the condition on the title.

After the owner get the title after pay the premium. The owner has the right to extend the land until the title boundary where the boundary fall on the river. if you found a state land and intend to apply, please kindly inform me for assisting.
