"Easiest way is to check with tnb first. wat are they doing there in the first place? any approvals? any submission or relevent doc. if u dont get any info, check with land office. or with the council planning department. just do a as built survey to identify area involve. but b4 proceeding any further the above should be known. if theres aquisition then of course they have the right. but since the land is bought over so the notice might have gone straight to the original owner. and he might have bought without checking further and later noticed that he bought a land which is already acquired. ouch. worse still paid for the nett area. double ouch. court case. "
