Free cad viewer

Yesterday, my Planter friends visited me since I left plantation year 2005. We have a cup of tea around my office before we discussed about main topic. My friend just transferred this operation center for nearly a year. While we were discussing the boundary problem. I noticed that the operation do not have the proper plan for monitoring. Thus, I suggest to him that I will convert the hard copy plan into digital and from the digital plan, he are able to manage his estate in more sistematic method. I think most of the estate manager do not have this idea to manage his operating centre. Regarding the software to viw to plan, I can supply a free cad viwer from this website http://www.infograph.com/products/dwgviewer/. Even though, this software can not print in dwg format but it can print in JPG format and this should be good enough for estate management.

Bench mark

Location of BM M0134 = 2.653 meter in between kampung Lapan petronas and Nissan showroom but the BM is located on the opposite side of the road.

"Easiest way is to check with tnb first. wat are they doing there in the first place? any approvals? any submission or relevent doc. if u dont get any info, check with land office. or with the council planning department. just do a as built survey to identify area involve. but b4 proceeding any further the above should be known. if theres aquisition then of course they have the right. but since the land is bought over so the notice might have gone straight to the original owner. and he might have bought without checking further and later noticed that he bought a land which is already acquired. ouch. worse still paid for the nett area. double ouch. court case. "

Chart datum information

Recently, we have carried out a bathymetry survey in Pulau Pinang. Our client wanted chart datum in vertical datum. However, our height is referring in land survey datum (LSD) . Thus, above diagram is best answer to solve the chart datum as requested.
