Attachment files in e-submit
This morning I rang out to the CSCS company. According to them, if the e-submit zip files rejected by JUPEM. We can not resubmit the existing 4 attached files-job, bdy, pdf & tiff in the backout folder.
Backout folder is important when the job being rejected due to certain reason, then we need to do some amendment on the files.
From the phone conversation, CSCS people emphasis that we need to delete the existing 4 files-job, bdy, pdf & tiff and re-attached again the 4 file again because of.......(too complex to explain). However, please bear in mind that we need to re-attached the 4 files again.
The best solution is do not keep the 4 files-job, bdy, pdf & tiff in the backout folder. I wish the method can solve the submittion. Thank you.

Meridian correction in e-submit
Further to my dear friend comment on m-correction with po entry. Here I would to clarify the statement I posted on yesterday.
The case I mentioned was the surveyor started with assume bearing and found old mark during traverse. Normally, the surveyor need to orientate the traverse value to better orientation. Subsequently, you are able to see a few m-correction in the field book but no to the surveyor start with sun azimuth. Then solve all the m-correction matter.
The traverse with assume bearing needed better orientation. Here, usually by manual method we calculate po (computation) & new (computation). By the computation of po & new, the surveyor will adjust new (traverse) to po value to look for the mark.
So, my dear friend. Can you please briefly how we are going to define in e-submit?

meridian correction in e-submit
Meridian correction is important in survey to ensure that the orientation of lot is correct. How we are going to define is e-submit program?
- First, input observation data into field book entry.
- When come to m correction, we need to enter the po data as below diagram.
3. However, the computation new and po need to declare in baseline entry as below where e-submit program able to compute the bearing & distance. The question is in po declaration, are we going to rename old mark 4 into 102 as I declared in my task?
4. If we refreshed back our friend comment, po and new point number should be same. I did try it. However, 1-4 (po) only appeal in correction section and 1-4(new) unable to calculate. What is the problem?
Thus, I replace 1-4(po) to 1-102 (po) and it works.
E-submit program claim that it solve a lot of problem but in reality you know the answer. :(

Third class survey refixation
Ok. Come back to our topic " How to do refixation in 3rd class survey?" There are 5 points where the bearing are in the 3rd class value. The value is in degree only and I can say that the previous surveyor was using prism compass to carry out the survey.
Up grade the status of survey is part of our surveyor work. But we need to do in proper method to avoid any misunderstand among the adjoining neigbour lot.
Look at point 1 as above diagram. I noticed that there is a 0.47m misclose for a small loop. A big gap. Thus, we use the marks before and after point 1 as control because these 2 marks are in second class. After that we used intersect method to obtain the point of 1. This method is used because previous distance were in high accuracy (0.4 link).
How about point at 2,3,4 & 5? This is critical area needed to highlight. Let say there are no up-grade survey carried out and we need to refix by 3rd class value. Please acknowledged to the neighbour lot owner aware before you get trouble. Thank you.

Tiff & pdf error reading in LLSM
The e-submit data will be checked by LLSM module and yesterday the JUPEM officer told me that the tiff & pdf file can not read.
Thus, I re-compile again and zip the file. When I try to read the tiff file and above error appeal.
Perhaps I need to rename the tiff file rather than put in PA number as my friend told me previously. I am able to view the image before zip. So, the possiblelity should the file name.
Notice that all the file have similar file name as above. Need to amend the tiff and pdf to PUBLM 200_2006. Hopefully, it can solve my problem.

Error in e-submit
Further to last week discussion on e-submit program . I am still facing more errors when I submitting on this week. Below are the print screen error from JUPEM .
When I recheck the po data, all the po data still inside the e-submit program as shown on below.
Base line report shows nothing but in the e-submit I am able to view the data. what is the problem? Do I need to re-key in again the data? When I open the field book entry data, the information of 8,9,10 & 11 are available. Why IN LLSM, these 4 data can not process.
Traverse can not proceed?
PA number can not appeal, tiff & pdf file can not read? What is my problem? Or the e-submit program have problem?

Secret in e-submit program
Today I try to submit a few files to Jupem Melaka and the officer in-charge told me that the bdy file do not have PA number.
After that, I try to replace bdy file from CSCS and zip it. I noticed that no data inside the bdy file in zip data.
I also consult with Jupem people whether I can submit without zip the file because if I do not zip the file, I am able to view the content bdy of CSCS.
Bdy in e-submit is in binary and we can not edit the file. The more I try in e-submit, the more error occur. Finally I call my friend KP Tan to assisit me. From the phone conversation, there is a secret when we zip the file.
- Do not replace the existing bdy file in e-submit
- Use attach function to attach the bdy file from CSCS.
- When you have attached the bdy file, please do not check the gross error. If you do that you will get above error. Such as *.lot, *.acs not found.
- If you check back the size bdy data. The size will reduce and my case is worse. The file become 0. Initially, I am very worry that
I will submit again on this afternoon again. This program really create problem to surveyor. Thanks a lot, my friend.

Function of TT in e-Submit
I received 2 comments regarding function of TT in e-Submit as I posted in last week. Thanks a lot to kp & friend (I greet you as Mr. X). Can you please give your identity. It is my pleasure to know you.
Regarding Mr. X comment. He still to say that he will plant a reference mark before TT and this is in our normal survey practise. However, I found that if we plant reference mark on the ground and usually this will cause confusion to the owner. Thus, the best do not plant reference mark on the ground. How do you think? Mr. X.

Bay window in strata application
This bay windows is less than 0.3 meter sq. How we are going to show in the SP plan? We only show 1 decimal in SP plan. In this case, will be the bay windows equal to 0?
According the circular 2/2008, bay windows must treat as aksesory parcel. How about the bay windows is less 0.3 meter sq. How we are going to solve this problem?

This is new circular regarding "bay window" in strata. The circular stated that "bay window" can not treat as part of parcel because of defination of floor under seksyen 2 "Undang-undang Bangunan Seragam 1984" & seksyen 13 (3) Strata act.
