· Future cadastral coordinate system will be basd on GDM2000. This is CCI project which will implemented soon (within this year) by JUPEM in Melaka.
· State cadastral coordinate will be more accurate and uniform.
a. Currently cadastral coordinate is based on the individual state origin. Please refer to http://melakasurveyor.blogspot.com/2007/12/origin-coordinate-table.html.
· Current cadastral field practices will be maintained, however office computation will be slightly different technique & procedures. This must be involve of least square adjustment.
