Previously, most of the licensed land surveyor firm are using Mapinfo precomp program to generate 3 ASCII files to JUPEM to request lot number including me.. Mapinfo software is a well known in the market thus the price of the software also in the high side.
This article is to share with new licensed land surveyors or perhaps to experience/ senior licensed land surveyors. When a young/new licensed land surveyor starts his own and he needs substantial capital to run the business. It is very costly if a new licensed land surveyor wants to buy all the software to enable him to submit a small job. Currently the market is damn bad and most of the company still to reduce the running cost.
Here I would like to introduce a network program to the entire new licensed land surveyor in Peninsular Malaysia. I am providing a new service for those want to convert to JUPEM ASCII files.
