Road map in Title Survey Module

This is the second time we realised that the road maps in title survey module was no accurate being inserted into the system. The first I found was in Negeri Sembilan when I input the lot and noticed that the road was inside the lot. I worried why the road can fall inside the lot but when we went to side and found that the road alignment was outside of the lot.


The second experience was in Pahang recently. The lot nearly divided the lot into 2 as attached photo.

However, we are able to justify ourself that the road map in TSM is wrongly inserted because we found 3 boundaries marks on the ground with handheld GPS cum PA value in the system.
