My TSM handheld GPS was no functioning when I was in Pahang. I through the signal was weak at the other site and I tested again in Melaka. The same result as appealed in Pahang.
Thus, I contacted the Mapinfo technical person and told him the problem. He wanted me to send my device to him but I was in Melaka. This Mapinfo guy is a very smart and good in computer. He suggested me to download “Teamviewer” from net and enable him to log into my computer without coming down to Melaka. It is a powerful tool in net and this is the first time I heard. It is something like hacker log in other computer.
What is Teamviwer? Teamviewer is a network software and it can be downloading from http://www.teamviewer.com/ and there are a few categories. One of them is free for uncommercial use. Once we have completed the download the program and run the program. The program will provide an ID and password. Call you partner and pass these 2 items to him/her then connection will be linked once others side key in the ID and password.
We are able to log in other friend pc by using this program even we are far in distance and this is the leverage of internet. You are able to see all the data and in fact you are control from other side. It is really powerful and useful communication tool.
Once the Teamviewer linked, I can see the Mapinfo guy able to check my pc system and the mouse is moving itself (control by Mapinfo guy). Have a try on this program and it should be helpful to our industry.

TeamViewer costs thousand of dollars!
I would suggest a professional remote support solution but one that don't take away all of your money.
