How many Bungalow lot I can get from my agriculture land?


This chinese fruit farmer awared that his land has potential to convert into bungalow lot due to high demand of his area even though his land still remain less than 60 years before need to surrender to local authority. This is why one of blogger mentioned that licensed land surveyor like gold craftman. We are able to convert an unvalued agriculture land into golden land by converting the land into housing, bungalow or industry lot. Licensed  land  surveyor able to make rich people become richer when use this leverage.

Normally the  land  owner will ask how many bungalow lot he will get from the original lot. Usually, bungalow lot must more than 5000 sq feet and at least 40 feet road access. 1.5 acres should be get about 10 lots but some planner will say about 8 lots due to certain planner laws.

Thus, if you have money. Please do not keep in bank. Invest in property such like this fruit farmer. Let say after converting the land and he sell 1 sq foot RM10 then 1 bungalow lot will be RM50,000. (maybe too cheap....just for calculation)....here has 10 lot...easily half a million. am I right.
